How does it work on the day?

On the day I will arrive 45 minutes prior to starting, to set up my table and easel, and a display area for finished paintings. I then work on a first come first served basis to paint your guests in whichever format they prefer (alone, couples, families ect), the guests can come back for the painting once it’s finished or watch me work it’s up to them! The finished paintings will be displayed together.

Will you be able to paint everyone?

I will be painting for 8 hours, and on average I paint one guest every 5-6 minutes. So it is unlikely that all your guests will be painted but often not everyone wants to be and those who do will make sure to come and see me throughout the day.

Can we prioritise certain guests?

Absolutely! We can arrange to have the first hour dedicated to certain guests or give them tokens to jump the queue at whatever time they wish!

Can you paint guests from photos or do they have to stand for the duration?

Photos are absolutely fine, I will offer to take a photo of guests or paint them in front of me it is up to them! If there are guests that wish to pose but are not able to stand for 5-10 minutes a chair will need to be provided.

What do we need to provide you with on the day?

Upon booking I will ask you to request and table and chair for me from the venue, if this isnt possible thats no trouble at all I will bring my own in that case.

Can paintings be framed?

No problem! Upon request all paintings can be framed to your taste, just enquire and I will price up a quote depending on your style!

How do I book you?

Fill out a form at the bottom of my website and we will get your big day in the calendar. A 30% deposit will need to be paid to secure the booking and a reminder will be sent to you during the month of the wedding date for the remaining balance.

Do you travel and how much will it cost?

I am more than happy to travel to your venue no matter where it is! Travel is included within an hour of Perth, and for weddings further afield, I include the price of $1 per km into my quote. Bookings more than 2 hours away from Perth may also involve accommodation costs.

How do I order?

To order paintings prior to the day please fill out the form at the bottom of the website, letting me know as much detail as possible so I can reply with a quote for you.

What materials do you use?

I paint in watercolour, my paintings are soft in style and vibrant in colour, and the paper used has a beautiful texture and is 300gsm so stands up on its own when folded.
